Retro Ghey Pencil Case

We may call them pencil cases, but these lined zippered pouches can be used for your make-up, your craft supplies, or even as a clutch for a night out!

We're here, we're queer, get used to it! You'll notice the name change.  The original name honored an old friend's revolutionary theater group, Pomo Afro Hmo.  I'm sad that the Digital Entities and the general public have made it so that self-determination is no longer an option for marginalized communities. 

Regardless, we're still here.  This design fondly recalls my boho flowing hippy skirts, my jean jacket, pink triangle, black ebony labrys and leather Africa pendant back in the 80's when the idea of a "lipstick lesbian" was new variant on the the "tired" butch/femme dynamic.  Go back in time to when we were "not gay as in happy, but, queer as in f*k you."  This rainbow with some sharp edges!  Filled with images of our resistance and resilience, this pattern brings forward our struggle and the joy that we survived.

• Handwash your pencil case in cold water with phosphate free detergent, or spot clean, print can be scrubbed and washed with soap, do not bleach
